Southern France

The vegetation in southern France is short and arid. What's really interesting about driving around in France for more than 3 hours is being able to watch the landscape change so much.
In and around Limoges, the vegetation is taller, bushier, and greener. The climate is a little more humid (very humid in the winter!) and just plain more delicious to savour when spring rolls around.
